Application for Admission into ND/HND Program for the 2024/2025 Session

The General Public is hereby notified that the College of Nursing Sciences, Mater Misericordiae Hospital Afikpo has commenced the National Diploma/Higher National Diploma in Nursing Program for the 2024/2025 academic session.

ELIGIBILITY: Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 CREDIT passes in either WASSC/NECO or NABTEB in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology (not more than two sittings), with UTME score of 150 and above.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE: Visit JAMB portal (CAPS) and change your institution to Mater Misericordiae College of Nursing Sciences, Afikpo, and course of study to Nursing as the case may be.

HOW TO APPLY

1. 1. Interested candidates should pay an application fee of N30,000.00 into the College Account: Firstbank-3016944553-School of Nursing, Mater Hospital, Afikpo
2. 2. Forward your payment evidence via WhatsApp to 09022134128 to receive your scratch card pin.
3. 3. Visit the College Admission Page at www.consaf.edu.ng/apply
4. 4. Enter your Scratch Serial No, Pin and your Phone Number.
5. 5. Complete the online application form. submit print out your application/exam slip.
6. 6. Come to the exam venue with your application slip and proof of payment
7. 7. The POST/UTME/Screening test will take place by 9am on 6th March, 2025 at the College ICT Hall.
