APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION INTO ND/HND PROGRAM FOR THE 2026/2027 SESSION
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing programmes of Mater Misericordiae College of Nursing Sciences, Afikpo, Ebonyi State.
ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Must have participated in the 2026 UTME and possess a valid registration number
2. Must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2026 UTME
3. Must possess at least five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Interested candidates should follow the steps below:
1. Visit the JAMB portal and change institution to Mater Misericordiae College of Nursing Sciences, Afikpo, and course of study to Nursing as the case may be.
2. Visit the school application portal: https://www.consaf.edu.ng/apply
3. Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) on the portal
4. Pay a non-refundable application fee of N30,000 online or at any commercial bank using the generated RRR
5. Return to the portal to complete the application form
6. Print the application slip and present it at the screening exercise on Thursday, 30th July 2026.

1. Application slip
2. JAMB result sheet (150+)
3. Change of course/institution (if applicable)
4. First School Leaving Certificate and O Level Certificate
5. Sworn Date of Birth Affidavit
6. Phone numbers of 2(two) sponsors
7. 2(Two) recent passport photographs (white background)
